You can still track all your orders and statuses in MCB for payments made outside of Square.

Your 30-day free trial requires a credit card to get started, but you won’t be charged a thing until your trial ends. Change your mind? Cancel anytime before day 30 and you’ll never see a charge.

Is MCB available outside the US?

MCB currently serves bakers in the United States. We’re working toward international availability — follow us on Instagram or join our email list to be the first to know when that changes.

What does support look like?

Real humans, real responses. Our support team answers emails within 1–2 business days. For trickier issues, we’re known to hop on a Zoom call — yes, actually. You can also post in our active Facebook community where ~1700 cottage food operators are ready to help. We’re proud of our support. It’s one of the things we do better than anyone else in this space.

How is MCB different from other platforms?

We were first — MCB launched in 2021 and has been refined over three years of real-world feedback. We’re built specifically for cottage bakers who take custom orders, not adapted from a generic ecommerce tool. We charge a flat fee with zero transaction cuts. And we’re community-funded, which means our decisions are made for bakers, not investors. See our full comparison on the Pricing page.

What does the Customer see when using MCB?

You can create a mock order to “pretend” to be a client to see how the workflow appears to them. We have a full walk-through posted in the Facebook user group!
