Choose the payment processor that works best for you — MCB supports them all. We also integrate with Square accounts (with tipping capabilities!) to enable card payments directly within My Custom Bakes. Best of all, MCB doesn’t take a cut — you only pay the standard processing fees from your provider.

Stay in control with our unique quote process, allowing you to review and approve each request before it becomes an order (or say “no” if the request does’t fit your style or schedule). Easily add custom quotes and orders as needed. Planning a class, popup, or virtual event? Create events that display on your public calendar so customers can see what’s coming up.
Manage Availability
Take control of your schedule with flexible availability settings. Block off dates for vacations or when you’re fully booked, set how far in advance customers can place orders, and add lead times to ensure you have enough time to prep. It’s your calendar — run it your way.

Schedule your presale to automatically open and close on the dates and times you choose. Chat Center
Keep all your customer communication organized and in one place with the built-in Chat Center. Each conversation is linked directly to its corresponding quote or order, and customers can easily access the chat through their order status page.
